We have been using the sport of rowing as a vessel to meet the needs of youth in our community for over a decade. Our core programs have been adapted to challenge, engage, and empower athletes across all levels.

Learn to Row Clinics

These free clinics enable youth, ages 13 to 18, to try rowing in a safe and fun environment at no cost.

Rowing Camps

Summer camps are open to 9th through 12th-grade student-athletes. Camp activities include learning how to row in rowing shells, handling equipment, river safety, and technical instruction.

Tulsa Youth Competitive Team

Participation at this level is reserved for youth committed to rowing competitively. Team members gain exclusive access to 6 days a week of intensive training and individualized instruction from our experienced coaching staff.

Sponsorship Tiers

1) Program Sponsor: $10,000 minimum donation
The program sponsorship (or the presenting sponsor) level contributes to TYRA operations, travel logistics, and expenses such as hotel rooms, and regatta entry fees. The program sponsor(s) can choose to have their name or logo on promotional products like team merch (regatta shirts), the boat trailer, the enclosed trailer, or the boathouse bay (for which we would create a sign or banner), or they can choose to have vinyl decals with their names or company logo visible on the boat. Vinyls will be placed on either the bow deck or stern deck, or under the gunwale of the boat seats. Program/presenting sponsors and their logos will be featured on social media posts and signage we use throughout the year to advertise the club.

2) Gold Sponsor: $6,000 minimum donation
The gold sponsor(s) donations go toward repair and maintenance costs. This applies to boats, trailers, ergs, and general equipment. These donors will also have their names/logos printed on promotional content like learn-to-row t-shirts,
commemorative items etc. They can choose to have logos on our ergs, or on our trailer.

3) Silver Sponsor: $4,000 Minimum donation
This will contribute to rower scholarships not tied to
foundations/community programs. They will also contribute to the operating
budget of TYRA and can choose to have a certain amount of funds
allocated to boat purchases. Names/logos will be featured on the same promotional products as gold sponsors, but they cannot put names or logos on boats.

4) Bronze Sponsor: $2,000 Minimum donation
-Bronze sponsor donations will fund coaching salaries and coach travel expenses for coaches, such as plane tickets, gas, tolls, etc.

5) $1,500 and under
– General donations are not allocated to anything specific but will be used to cover the club’s operating expenses.

One eight-seat boat alone costs as much as $40,000.

These costs create barriers to competitive rowing but together we can turn our waterways into opportunities for our city and youth.
